Third Party Applications


CERI is an IBM Watson Virtual Assistant designed to engage users in general conversations and to provide timely, accurate and understandable general advice on COVID-19. No personal data input is required to use the app and there are no links to any health board clinical systems. Information entered into the chat logs will be stored for a maximum of 90 days.
