A new Clinical Research Centre designed to enhance Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB’s research work and give patients access to new therapies, treatments and therapeutics has opened at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital in Llantrisant. A photography competition was held to celebrate, with the winning entries on display in the foyer.
A Bridgend woman in her seventies who repeatedly considered ending her life during lockdown has praised the services of BAVO (Bridgend Association of Voluntary Organisations) Community Navigator scheme, describing her contact there as “an angel without wings”.
