Would you like to get involved in helping to improve patient experiences of our local healthcare services?
Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is inviting patients, service users and local residents to join two free workshops being held in the community called ‘Let’s Talk Culture’.
The workshops will be held at Princess of Wales Hospital, Bridgend on Tuesday December 10 5-7pm and at Prince Charles Hospital Lecture Theatre, Merthyr Tydfil on Wednesday 11th December 2 – 4.30pm.
Let’s Talk Culture is an important programme that aims to involve as many staff and people as possible sharing their views about their experiences of care and ideas to make things better.
Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board Interim Chief Executive Dr Sharon Hopkins said, “As we come together to form our new Health Board, we have the opportunity to shape our organisation to be a great place to work and be cared for.
“To do this, we need to develop our shared values and behaviours, and we want our staff, patients, services users and local residents to be part of this important conversation.
“This is a great opportunity to share feedback with us of what a good healthcare experience looks and feels like for you, and importantly how you think it could be improved.”
The Let’s Talk Culture workshop is open to everyone living in the health board area and will involve patients and staff discussing their experiences and changes that could make a difference to services and care delivered.
The session is two hours long and everything said will be anonymous and confidential.
