What to expect

By accessing the most appropriate service, you will receive treatment from the right person and have access to support and/or have an appointment which is more convenient.

Changes are taking place to the way we deliver your healthcare in and out of hospital to ensure that services can be provided in the community, as close the people’s homes as possible and the way you access a service may change.

Should any of these changes not suit you or you feel your care has not improved due to this, please let either your GP practice or the Health Board know.

Sometimes it’s not medication you need, but advice, support and guidance of where you can find some help. That’s what a GP Support Officer is there to do, did you know about them? #YourLocalTeam
