What we do

We provide a range of community-based mental health treatments and therapies for people who need support for their mental health issues.

Who is it for?

The service is aimed for those adults between the age of 18 and 65. Information for those under the age of 18 can be found in the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service pages.

Can anyone use this service?

We take referrals from consultant psychiatrists, acute inpatient mental health wards and our mental health assessment team.

Opening Times

Monday to Friday 9:00am- 5:00pm
We also operate an out of hour’s service on weekends for patients who are referred in for support

What to expect

If you feel that you need support from any of our services, speak to your GP to request a referral. Your local Community Mental Health Teams team will then do a thorough assessment with you to make sure you’re signposted to the right services. Together with you, we will create a care plan to support you in the best way possible.
