Due to an increasing number of positive COVID-19 cases and to prevent a future lockdown, Council Leaders in Merthyr Tydfil & Rhondda Cynon Taf are asking all residents to take action now to avoid the need for a formal local-down in the near future.
A meeting of Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB took place on May 28th 2020. Due to the COVID19 pandemic, a decision was taken not the hold the meeting in public in the best interests of protecting the public, our staff and Board members.
Community step down facilities have opened their doors to residents in Cwm Taf Morgannwg as an integral part of the health board’s response to COVID19.
